How Escrow Purchases Work on Our Website
Here’s how a secure escrow transaction unfolds:
- Start a Trade
When you send a “Request for Quotation” to a supplier, a new Trade is created. This acts as your secure hub for all messages, payments, contracts, and updates.
- Talk & Negotiate
You and the supplier chat within the Trade. All conversations are saved there for reference.
- Decide to Proceed or Cancel
Once agreed, you can pay for the Trade using your wallet balance—or cancel it anytime.
- Payment Held in Escrow
When you pay, your funds are securely held by us. The supplier does not receive any money yet.
- Supplier Ships the Item
The supplier has a set time to ship and confirm dispatch. If they fail, you can request an immediate refund—guaranteed by us.
- Wait for Delivery
Track the shipment. If the item doesn’t arrive on time, you can open a dispute. We’ll investigate and refund you if needed.
- Check the Product
If the item is damaged, faulty, or not as described, you can file a dispute. We’ll review and decide on a refund.
- Confirm & Release Payment
Only when you’re satisfied and confirm receipt, we release the payment to the supplier.
Note
Your Money Is Always Protected.
Your funds stay with us until you are happy with the product. We never release the funds to the supplier unless you approve.
